TERMS OF SERVICE

┇Commissioning me would mean that you have gone over my TOS and agree with my terms. Please take the time to read before commissioning me for a smoother experience! Thank you!

・┈ ✦ : GENERAL

  • I have the right to decline your commission if I feel that I would not be able to fulfil your vision to high standards.

  • NO refunds are issued after I have begun the sketching phase. Refunds may be requested if I have not started or have made very little progress after 3 months.

  • NO AI / NFTs are allowed.

  • NO drawing over / tracing / "fixing" the art after delivery. If you have any issues with the commission, please let me know and I can fix it for you!

  • All commissions are drawn with MY style. Please do not request me to replicate another artists' style. Not only is that disrespectful to myself but also to the artist in question.

  • Please provide clear and concise references of your character and the type of illustration you are envisioning!​

  • Information of commission will be shared with my manager, Ame. This includes NDA projects.

・┈ ✦ : INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Clear credit to AeriaNephri must be made at all times. Please make sure to clearly link either my Twitter, Youtube or Twitch when using the illustration.

  • Unless discussed beforehand, I am allowed to stream, post WIPs and use the final illustration for my portfolio.

・┈ ✦ : COMMUNICATION

  • To ensure a smooth commission process, please respond in a timely manner. No response after 1 week with no explanation would lead to a delayed delivery and no refunds will be given if it goes past a deadline.

    • Aeri is expected to respond within 1-3 days.​

    • In the case of a rushed deadline, please respond within 1-3 days as well to ensure an on-time delivery.

  • Requesting updates are OK but not on a daily basis.

  • Communication can be done either through Twitter, Email, VGen or Discord. Whichever one is best for the client!​

・┈ ✦ : PAYMENT

  • Full payment is expected upfront unless discussed beforehand! Payment plans can be made for bigger projects! (Typically 50/50)

  • All payments are done through SQUARE (in USD) unless through VGen.
